- NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY -

• Students entering Preschool 3 - must be three (3) years of age on, or before, October 15th of the school year.
  

• Students entering Preschool 4 - must be four (4) years of age on, or before, October 15th of the school year.
  

• Students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on, or before, October 15th of the school year.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

• Registration package (Provide it by the school)

• Original Birth Certificate (we will make a copy)

• Physical and immunizations

• IEP or 504 documentation (If applicable)

• Proof of home ownership: Tax bill, deed to home, mortgage statement, OR -

• Proof of valid rental status: Lease. 

• One (1) utility bill (gas, electric, cable, telephone) with address and name on it.
