SOUTH BOUND BROOK BOARD OF EDUCATION BOARD OF EDUCATION REMOTE SPECIAL MEETING NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: PURSUANT TO THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS LAW, CHAPTER 231, P.L. 1975, the South Bound Brook Board of Education Board will conduct a remote special board meeting at 6:30PM on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The purpose of the meeting is described below. Board members and the public will be able to attend remotely via Google meet or dial-in. Public comment will be facilitated through emailing the interim board secretary prior to the meeting at sba@southboundbrookk8.org.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the aforesaid meeting updates and any instructions for the facilitation of the meeting will be relayed on the district’s website under announcement and/or the district’s calendar.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the aforesaid meeting notice will be posted in the Board of Education Administrative Office, at 122 Elizabeth Street, South Bound Brook, New Jersey, 08880.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforesaid notice be mailed to the newspapers designated by the Board to receive the notice required by the provisions of the Open Public Meeting Act.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the aforesaid notice be filed with the Clerk of the municipality.

NOTE: Closed Executive Sessions with the public excluded for discussion of personnel and legal matters will be authorized as needed by resolution during public meetings or by special notice.
